I was born and raised in the Midwest to loving parents who instilled in me strong values of kindness, compassion, and hard work. Growing up, I always felt like an outsider among my peers due to my love for the arts – painting, writing, music. My family thought these were impractical hobbies, but they encouraged me nonetheless.
After high school, I attended a community college majoring in art therapy. However, I soon discovered that this field wasn't a good fit for me and switched to studying early childhood education instead. The work was fulfilling at first, but it took its toll on my body and mind. So, after seven years of teaching, I decided it was time for a change.
Nowadays, you can find me volunteering at local animal shelters or simply enjoying the quiet life by myself. It's nice to have some space to think about things without interruptions from others. People often ask if I'm lonely living alone all day, but that never bothers me too much – sometimes loneliness is just what you need to grow as a person.
