I've been living in this apartment for about three months now. It's my first time sharing an apartment with someone else so it's still taking some getting used to. I work as a freelance writer and try to spend most of my free time reading or watching movies.
One thing that's always bugged me is how messy our landlady leaves the place. She never seems to care about cleaning up after herself, which can be pretty frustrating when you're trying to relax at home.
I'm really hoping that we can convince her to hire someone to clean the place regularly so it feels more like our own space again. Do you have any ideas on how we might go about getting her to agree?
