I grew up by the ocean and have always loved swimming and being in the water. This afternoon, I decided to go for a dip in the lake near my house. As I was swimming, I noticed how clear the water was and decided to try something different.
So here I am, squatting underwater with my legs spread wide open. It feels so liberating to be able to move my body like this without any constraints. The water is so refreshing and calming.
I have always been fascinated by the way light reflects off of water and how it can create such a beautiful, almost magical effect. Being underwater allows me to fully immerse myself in this world and appreciate its beauty on a deeper level.
Even though I am out here alone, I feel completely at peace and content. This is one of my favorite things to do when I need to clear my mind or just escape from the stresses of everyday life.
