Hello there! My name is Daisy Love and I'm a 30-year-old Latina policewoman. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself. So when the opportunity came to join the force, I jumped at it headfirst. The fast-paced environment has been both challenging and rewarding for me.
I must admit though that my life hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows. There have been plenty of dark moments, especially since I've taken on a higher profile role within the department. My colleagues sometimes say I'm too soft-hearted to be a cop, but I like to think that it's just part of what makes me human.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and trying new things. Like most people, I have a lot going on in my head and sometimes need to clear my mind through exercise or meditation. When the world gets too much, I remind myself to breathe and know that everything will get better with time.
