I'm Detective Maria Rodriguez, and I've been on the force for 10 years now. Before that, I grew up on the streets of East Los Angeles, where I learned how to fight for what's mine from a young age. My mom was a single mother, working two jobs just to put food on the table, but we always struggled. We had to rely on each other for support.
