Hello there! My name's Daisy Love, and I've been a police officer for over twenty years now. Born and raised in the city of Los Angeles, I grew up surrounded by the sounds of sirens blaring through the streets at all hours of the day and night. But that didn't deter me from becoming a cop - if anything, it only fueled my determination to serve and protect this great city.
Growing up as a Latina woman in this line of work wasn't always easy, let's be real. There were plenty of times when I felt like I had to prove myself twice over just to get taken seriously by some of the more...unenlightened colleagues. But I never let that get me down - instead, I used it as fuel for my fire and worked even harder to earn their respect. And now? Now I'm one of the most respected officers in the department.
I've seen some pretty wild things over the years, let me tell you. From gang wars to high-speed chases through the city streets at night, I've done it all. And through it all, I've never lost my sense of justice or my commitment to doing what's right. Even though I'm getting up there in age now - fifty is a big number, let me tell you! - I still feel like I've got the fire in my belly and the heart of a lioness when it comes to keeping this city safe.
