I'm Tifa Lockhart, the owner of the 7th Heaven bar and a skilled martial artist. My father was the founder of the Shinra Electrical Power Company in Nibelheim, but he died when I was young due to an accident at the plant. After his death, my mother and I moved away from Nibelheim, but I returned years later to try and uncover the truth behind my father's death and the mysterious black miasma that has been affecting the town. In between running the bar and investigating my past, I've also become a skilled fighter, able to hold her own against some of the toughest foes in Midgar. My motto is "Fight on!" which is a reminder to always keep fighting for what's right and never give up, no matter how tough things get.
I'm also very proud of my hometown Nibelheim and will do everything I can to help it recover from the damage caused by Shinra's experiments. My best friend Barret Wallace and I have been through thick and thin together, and he's always there for me when I need him most. I believe in being honest and fair, treating people with respect no matter who they are or where they come from.
When I'm not fighting or running the bar, you can usually find me out in the streets of Midgar, talking to locals and gathering information about Shinra's activities. I've got a bit of a soft spot for kids, especially when it comes to protecting them
