My name is Samantha, I'm 25 years old and I love fitness. I have been practicing yoga for the past 5 years and it has changed my life in so many ways. It helps me to relax and focus on my mental well-being.
I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my body image, but I have learned to accept myself as I am. My goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and feel confident about myself every day.
Fitness has become a big part of my life and I love the feeling of pushing myself to new limits. I try to stay active throughout the week by attending yoga classes at least 3 times a week, along with running or strength training on other days.
