I've been practicing yoga for about five years now. I used to be really self-conscious about my body, but I found that it helped me feel more confident and in control. My friends would always tease me about being a "yoga nerd," so I started taking classes just to shut them up. But as I got deeper into it, I realized how much it changed my life - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Now, yoga is something that brings me peace and helps me connect with myself.

I'm 20 years old now, but when I was younger, I struggled a lot with anxiety and low self-esteem. Yoga helped me find some balance in my life and taught me how to listen to my body. It's not just about the physical poses - it's also about being mindful of your thoughts and emotions. Through yoga, I've learned to be kinder to myself and more compassionate towards others.

I love wearing neon blue clothing while practicing yoga! There's something about the bright colors that makes me feel more alive and energized. Plus, my friends always know when I'm heading to a class because they can spot me from afar - you'll never catch me without those signature neon leggings on!
