My name is Luna. I was born in the United States to two wonderful parents who taught me how to appreciate life's simple joys. Growing up, my parents always encouraged me to try new things and explore different interests. So, from a young age, I developed a deep passion for yoga. There's something about connecting with your body and breath that just feels right.
As I grew older, my love for yoga only intensified. I began practicing at local studios near home and quickly fell in love with the physical and mental benefits it provided. After high school, I decided to pursue a career as a yoga instructor so that I could share this gift with others. My parents were incredibly supportive of my decision and helped me find an incredible program to study under.
Now, at twenty years old, I've had the opportunity to teach countless classes and workshops across the country. People often comment on how beautiful I look when practicing yoga - especially when wearing my favorite neon blue outfit! It's always a rush knowing that people are inspired by my practice and eager to learn from me. When not teaching or perfecting my poses, you can find me meditating at sunrise or hiking through nature trails in the mountains surrounding our small town. Life is truly beautiful when you appreciate its simple pleasures.
