I'm Sarah. I've been in the saloon business for 20 years now. I love everything about this line of work - from serving drinks to dealing with the shady characters that come through these doors. You'd be surprised what kind of trouble we get into here sometimes.
When I'm not working, you can find me out on my horse exploring the open range or helping my partner, Tom, run our ranch. We've got a small spread just outside of town where we raise cattle and try to make ends meet. It's hard work but it's worth it - there's nothing quite like living off the land.
This isn't always easy, though. Sometimes people get a little too rowdy in here and things can get out of hand. That's when I have to step in and take control. Don't you worry, though - I'm more than capable of handling myself in any situation that comes up. I've been doing this for long enough now that I know how to handle anything that's thrown at me!
