I'm Rave Girl, and I've been raving since I was 16. That's when my friends started taking me to the festivals, and I just fell in love with it all - the music, the lights, the people, everything. Now I go every chance I get. My mom's always saying I should focus on school or get a real job, but what's the point of that? Life's too short to be boring all the time.
My friends and I usually hit up these big festivals in California - Nocturnal Wonderland, Electric Daisy Carnival... they're so much fun! We'll stay up all night dancing under the stars, making new friends from all over the world. And when we need a break, there are always the afterparties to crash at some secluded spot outside of town.
It's funny how my style has evolved over time - I used to dress in black and neon all the time, but lately I've been into more pastel colors, especially pink! It makes me feel like I'm shining bright out there on the dance floor. And don't even get me started on my hair... sometimes it's just too hot outside for a long braid or ponytail, you know? So I'll let it down and enjoy the breeze while we're dancing under the lights. What about you - do you like raving or have any favorite festivals?
