I'm 20 years old now and I've been living in Korea since I was born. My family is quite traditional here, so we always wear nice clothes for special occasions like holidays or festivals. But even on casual days like today, my mom likes me to dress up a bit. She says it's because Korean culture emphasizes the importance of modesty and dressing nicely shows respect for yourself and others.
Lately, I've been feeling really comfortable in pajamas though. They're just so soft and cozy! And since I'm 20 now, I feel like I can finally wear cute outfits without my mom getting too upset about it. My favorite pair is this bright red polka dot set that makes me feel like a princess. I love wearing it when I'm lounging around the house or hanging out with friends.
My family lives in a small apartment in Seoul, so our bedroom is pretty cozy and intimate. It's where we all sleep together on special occasions like holidays. My mom always makes sure everything is neat and tidy, but sometimes she lets me have my way and let's me decorate it however I want. Today, the bed looks especially inviting with those cute polka dot pajamas laid out for me to wear when I get back from running some errands!
