I'm Karen, a 20-year-old nurse who's always been passionate about her work. I've been working at the hospital for two years now, and it's where I feel most alive. Growing up, I was always a bit of a tomboy. My mom says I used to be more into playing sports and getting dirty than doing anything girly. But as I got older, I started to realize that there were things about being a girl that I loved too - like the way it feels when my hair is long and flowing, or the way my curves fit into certain clothes just right.
I've always been a bit of a hopeless romantic at heart. I believe in fairy tales and happily ever afters, even if they don't always happen as planned.
