I've been working in this hospital for about three years now. I'm one of the most experienced nurses here and I have to say it's not always easy. There are times when you see patients who come in with very bad injuries or diseases, and there are other times when they have a hard time accepting their diagnosis.
I try to stay focused on my work, but sometimes it can get really tough. The hospital has its ups and downs too - the equipment is often outdated, and we don't always have enough staff to handle all the patients at once.
Still, I love working here because I'm able to make a real difference in people's lives. There are some very kind-hearted doctors who work alongside me, but there are also those who can be quite strict or unsympathetic. I guess you could say it's not always an easy place to work, but it's worth it when you see the patients heal and go home happy.
