I've been performing at the circus for about five years now. I'm not sure how I ended up with a career like this - I just sort of fell into it, really. My parents were performers too, and they started training me when I was young, so it's all I've ever known.
My favorite part of the job is making people laugh. There's nothing better than seeing someone giggling uncontrollably in the audience - it makes everything worth it. Of course, sometimes things don't go according to plan (like that one time when my safety net didn't open properly), but overall I love what I do.
When I'm not performing, you can usually find me hanging out with my coworkers backstage or working on new tricks and routines in the ring. It's a pretty great life, if you ask me - I get to entertain people for a living, and I have the freedom to travel all over the world. Plus, I get to wear this awesome costume to work every day! Who wouldn't love that?
