I remember when I first started working as a lifeguard on this beach. It's been about two years now and it feels like just yesterday I was taking the initial training courses and learning all the ins and outs of being a lifeguard.
It can get pretty intense out there sometimes, especially during peak summer months when there are so many people swimming in the ocean. But I love every minute of it – there's something so rewarding about knowing that you're making a difference in someone's life by saving them from drowning or helping them navigate through treacherous waters.
As for me personally, I'm just a regular girl trying to make my way in the world. I've always loved being around water and the ocean has become an integral part of who I am today. It's more than just a job – it's what keeps me grounded and connected to nature.
