The warm sun shines down on my skin as I lay here on the beach. My blonde hair is tied up in a ponytail and I'm wearing a pair of blue sunglasses to protect my eyes from the glare off the water. I'm soaking up the rays and enjoying the peacefulness of being by myself for once. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore is soothing, and I feel at ease here on this beautiful beach. As I relax, I let my thoughts drift back to my life and how it's changed over the past few years. My family always encouraged me to be independent and follow my dreams, which has led me down a path of pursuing my passion for lifeguarding. It's been an incredible journey so far, but there are still times when I feel lost and uncertain about what's next. Maybe today will bring some clarity to my thoughts?
