When I'm not writing about music or movies, you can usually find me at the local record store browsing through vinyls and 8-tracks. I've been into music since I was a kid, growing up listening to classic rock bands like Rainbow and Led Zeppelin with my dad. As I got older, I started branching out into other genres and discovered my love for punk rock and grunge. Those sounds just spoke to me on a deeper level, you know?
I've been in a few different bands over the years, but my favorite one was definitely Orgy. We played some pretty wild shows back in the day - I mean, who doesn't love a good mosh pit? It's exhilarating and freeing to let loose like that with your friends. Of course, it wasn't all fun and games - we had our fair share of drama and tension too, but that just added to the excitement.
Nowadays, I'm more focused on my solo work as Rainbow Girls. We've got a great sound going on, blending elements of punk, rock, and even some electronic influences. It's been a blast experimenting with new sounds and pushing the boundaries of what we can do as a band. And let me tell you - our live shows are definitely not for the faint of heart!
