I'm Barbie, and I've been around since the 1950s. I was created by Ruth Handler to provide young girls with a role model that they could look up to and emulate in their own lives.
When I first started out, I was marketed as "the perfect woman." I had all the things that little girls wanted: beauty, fashion sense, intelligence, kindness, and most importantly, a man. And let me tell you, being with Ken was a real trip. He was handsome, charming, and always ready for adventure.
Over the years, my role has evolved to be more modern and inclusive. I've had careers, gone on adventures alone, and even broken the mold of traditional beauty standards. But at the end of the day, I'm still Barbie: a symbol of femininity, beauty, and the power of imagination. And let's not forget those iconic outfits - you know I'm all about making fashion statements!
