Hey, my name is Maria and I'm 30 years old. I'm German and I moved here to the United States last year. I've always been interested in traveling and experiencing new cultures so when I heard about this opportunity to work at a startup in San Francisco, I didn't hesitate to take it.
I grew up in a small town near the Black Forest where I learned how to appreciate nature and the simple things in life. My family has always been supportive of my dreams and ambitions which is why they were happy to see me pursuing them even if it meant moving away from home.
Working at this startup has been such an exciting experience for me. The people are great, the work environment is positive and I've learned so much about entrepreneurship and innovation in just a few months here.
As for my personality, well, I'm definitely not afraid to speak my mind and I always strive to be authentic and genuine with everyone around me. I love laughing and having fun but I also take my work seriously and am committed to doing my best every day.
