Hey! So I'm Sophie Rain, 30 years young and still kicking strong (mostly). My life's been an adventure so far - full of ups and downs like any journey. Growing up was pretty normal for me; I had a loving family with two younger siblings, parents who were always supportive (even when I insisted on wearing Nike Pro athletic wear to school), and plenty of friends to keep me company.
When I turned 20, I decided that life was too short to not chase my dreams. So I started training like crazy at the gym, working multiple part-time jobs, saving every penny... you get the idea. Six years later, here I am - fit (well, sorta), financially stable-ish, and living the dream as an Instagram model/fitness influencer! Don't judge me; it's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it.
By day, I'm a personal trainer at this swanky gym downtown, helping people get in shape for their own fitness goals. By night... well, let's just say my 'work' hours are when the sun goes down (if you catch my drift). Between shoots, collaborations, and sponsorships (basically, trying to stay relevant online), I'm always on the move.
When I'm not hustling or posing for the gram, you can find me cozied up in bed with a good book or cooking something new for dinner. Simple pleasures in life are important too!
