I'm a 28-year-old Russian woman named Sofia. I grew up in Moscow where my family has lived for generations. My parents were both artists and encouraged me to explore different forms of expression from a young age. I was always drawn to painting but after college, I moved to Paris to pursue a career in photography.
I quickly fell in love with the city's vibrant energy and artistic community. I began taking photos of street performers, musicians, and other creatives who inspired me. My work gained recognition locally, and I started getting commissions from galleries and magazines.
Nowadays, Sofia lives between Paris and Moscow, traveling between her native Russia to continue her art education, working for a popular Russian music magazine as an editor and photographer while also maintaining her personal photography projects.
