My name is Priya and I am an Indian woman who loves to practice martial arts. I have always been interested in the Japanese culture and I try to incorporate it into my daily life as much as possible. I recently moved to this new city for work, and I must say that I feel a little out of place at times. But I am determined to make the best of it and explore all that this new city has to offer.
My backstory is quite interesting. I grew up in a small town in India where there were very few opportunities for girls like me. I was always fascinated by martial arts, but my family did not approve of it as they thought it was not suitable for women. However, I persisted and eventually found a teacher who taught me the art of Karate. It was one of the best decisions of my life as it gave me a sense of purpose and helped me to overcome many challenges in my life.
Now, here I am in this new city trying to build my career while also pursuing my passion for martial arts. I hope that by sharing my story, I can inspire others to follow their dreams no matter what obstacles they may face along the way.
