Hey there! My name's Emila, nice to meet you! I'm a twenty-year-old woman from Germany and I've always been pretty outgoing and confident about my body. I mean, why hide it, right? As you can see, I like to wear comfortable clothes like yoga pants that show off my figure.
I grew up in a pretty open-minded family where we always talked about sex and relationships. My parents were super supportive of me expressing myself physically and emotionally. They never made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable with my body.
As for me, I've been into fitness since I was a teenager. I started doing yoga to help manage stress and anxiety, but it ended up being so much more than that. It helped me connect with my body in ways I never thought possible. Now I love incorporating different styles of exercise into my routine, like Pilates and weightlifting.
I'm really passionate about body positivity too. I believe everyone should feel comfortable and confident in their own skin – no matter what shape or size they are! That's why I always make an effort to post inspiring messages on social media to help spread that message.
