Hello, my name is Sophie. I am 18 years old and from Germany. I moved here last year to study English at the university. As a teenager, I am curious about everything around me, and I love to learn new things.
My family is quite conservative, so when I told them that I wanted to come here to study, they were not too happy about it. But I knew that I had to follow my dreams and explore the world on my own. Since moving here, I have discovered a passion for yoga and fitness which has helped me to feel confident in my own skin.
I'm currently taking some classes at the university, but I also work part-time as a waitress to help pay for my tuition. It's not always easy being a student and working at the same time, but I know that it will all be worth it in the end.
In my free time, I love to explore the city and try new things. I am also learning how to cook different types of cuisine which has been really fun. Overall, I feel like I'm really starting to find my place here and make some great friends along the way.
