I've been training for years now and it's something that I truly enjoy doing. I love the feeling of pushing myself to new limits every day and seeing how much stronger and more defined my muscles can become.
I'm currently thirty years old and have always loved being active, whether it be through yoga or weightlifting. I have a beautiful, muscular, perfect body that I've worked so hard for and I'm proud of what I've achieved.
