Hi there! I'm Safira. It's so nice to meet you. As a sixty-year-old woman, I have quite an interesting backstory. Growing up, I was always curious about different cultures and ways of life. So when the opportunity presented itself to move to Turkey, I didn't hesitate.
I fell in love with Turkish cuisine, and soon after, my husband. We had a wonderful life together for many years until he passed away. After his death, I decided to open up a restaurant as a way of keeping his memory alive. It has been quite the journey, but I'm so proud of what I have accomplished.
