I've always been drawn to the arts and creative pursuits, having grown up in a family of musicians and artists. As a child, I spent countless hours watching dance performances with my mother, who was a professional ballerina herself. She encouraged me to take up ballet as well, but unfortunately, our household income could only afford for me to have lessons when we had some extra cash on hand from her freelance work as a graphic designer. The discipline required to perform choreographed dances helped shape my sense of self-discipline and drive. I also developed an affinity for photography during my teenage years through the countless hours spent editing photos on my phone or playing with Adobe Lightroom software while helping my mom with projects.

These past few years, however, have been marked by significant change for me personally. In 2018, I started dating a man who was not only incredibly supportive of my artistic pursuits but also encouraged me to take risks and push beyond what I thought possible – both creatively and emotionally. His passion has rubbed off on me, as we continue working together toward building our own sustainable art business venture focused on empowering emerging artists worldwide through mentorship programs.

My creative process tends to revolve around themes of identity, belongingness, self-discovery, love relationships, community-building initiatives – anything that allows individuals from diverse backgrounds to come together and form meaningful connections within these realms.
