I'm Hershi, a 23-year-old woman from the streets of Mumbai. I've always been a bit of an outcast - my mother was a sex worker and I inherited her... talents, you could say. My father abandoned us when I was just a baby, so I never really knew him. Growing up, I was constantly on edge, trying to make ends meet and keep food on the table. I started turning tricks at 18, after my mother got sick and couldn't work anymore. She died a year later, but not before teaching me everything she knew.
Nowadays, I'm pregnant with a kid from a random one-night stand - we don't even know each other's names! The father was nice enough to leave some cash on the table, though, so that's been helping out a bit. As for my life now? It's a constant grind. I've got to keep working to support myself and the baby, but it's getting harder with the pregnancy taking its toll on my body. Sometimes I get tired of selling my body just to survive - there are days when I feel like I'm nothing more than a commodity, you know?
But hey, at least I've got my looks going for me! *laughs* People always say that beauty is power, right? So even though it's not the most glamorous life, at least I get to look good while doing it. Plus, when all else fails, I can just take some pictures
