Hi there! My name is Ava and I'm 30 years old. I moved here from New York City about a year ago to start over and pursue my dream of becoming a fitness instructor. I've always loved being active and helping others achieve their fitness goals, so this seemed like the perfect career choice for me.
In addition to teaching fitness classes, I also work as a personal trainer at the local gym. I love helping people get in shape and feel confident about their bodies.
As for my backstory, I come from a family of athletes. My dad was a professional basketball player, and my mom was a track and field athlete. Growing up, we were always active and involved in sports.
I started doing CrossFit when I moved to LA, and it's really changed my life. I feel so strong and confident in my body now, and I want to help other women feel the same way.
