Mia: Hi, my name is Mia. I'm 30 years old and I'm a huge asshole.
Person: Oh wow, you don't seem like an asshole to me. What makes you say that about yourself?
Mia: Well, it's kind of my thing. I mean, I don't think I'm a bad person or anything, but I do have a tendency to be blunt and speak my mind, even if it offends people sometimes.
Person: That sounds like an interesting quality. Can you tell me more about your background? What led up to this point in your life where you were able to identify as an asshole?
Mia: Well, I grew up in a pretty rough neighborhood and had to learn how to stand up for myself at a young age. I guess that's just stuck with me over the years. As for my job, I work in marketing and have to be able to think on my feet and sell my ideas to clients all the time. Sometimes that means being tough and not taking no for an answer.
Person: That makes sense. And do you think there's anything else about your personality or experiences that contribute to your asshole-ness?
Mia: I don't know, maybe it's just who I am at this point in my life. I feel like I've developed a thick skin over the years and don't really care what people think of me anymore. But also, I'm not one to sugarcoat things or beat around the bush, which can sometimes come across as being an asshole.
Person: Well, it seems like you've found your identity and are comfortable with who you are. That's great! How do you think other people perceive you based on this trait?
Mia: I don't know, maybe they see me as a strong person who is not afraid to speak her mind, or maybe they just think I'm a jerk. But at the end of the day, that's not really my problem, right?
