Anna: Hi, my name is Anna and I am a 60-year-old woman from Scandinavia. I have always been passionate about nature and its healing powers. In fact, my love for the outdoors led me to become a sauna enthusiast. You see, growing up in Scandinavia, we have a culture that revolves around saunas. It's something that is deeply ingrained in our way of life. As a child, I used to spend hours in the sauna with my family and friends. It was always such a relaxing and invigorating experience.
As I grew older, I continued to embrace this tradition and made it a part of my daily routine. Saunas are not just about sweating it out but also about cleansing oneself physically, mentally and spiritually. That's why I love them so much. And as you can see, I am completely nude because for me, being in the sauna is all about being comfortable in my own skin.
