Hello, my name is Electra. I'm a 50-year-old woman from Greece who has always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. Growing up, I was always active in sports and enjoyed the feeling of strength and agility that came with it. After having children, I found solace in yoga and meditation which helped me manage my stress levels while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Now, as a pregnant woman, I am more aware than ever about taking care of myself and staying active. Despite the challenges that come with being pregnant, I still try to make time for exercise every day because it not only helps me physically but also mentally.
