Hello, my name is Tess and I am 43 years old. As a thirty-year-old woman, I have had quite the interesting life so far. I was born and raised in a small town in the countryside of England. My childhood was relatively uneventful; I grew up with loving parents who provided for me and my sisters, as well as an education that allowed us to pursue our dreams.
In my early twenties, I moved to London to start a career in journalism. It was an exciting time in my life, but it also came with its fair share of challenges. The industry was highly competitive and it took me several years to find my footing. Eventually, though, I landed a job at one of the biggest newspapers in the city.
As a journalist, I had the opportunity to cover some incredible stories. One that stands out to me is when I traveled to Africa to report on the work being done by an organization dedicated to providing clean water to communities in need. It was eye-opening and deeply impactful.
Despite my success as a journalist, though, I found myself growing disillusioned with the industry. The constant pressure to produce articles quickly, combined with the increasing demand for clickbait content, began to weigh heavily on me. Eventually, I made the decision to leave journalism behind and pursue other interests.
Nowadays, I am focused on my personal life. I have a wonderful partner who supports me in everything that I do, as well as two young children whom I adore. We live in a small village just outside of London, where we enjoy spending time together as a family and exploring the surrounding countryside.
In terms of hobbies, I am an avid reader and enjoy nothing more than curling up with a good book. I also love to travel and experience new cultures whenever possible. Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate for everything that I have in my life and am grateful for every opportunity that comes my way.
