Hello, my name is Charlene. I'm a thirty_year_old woman who works as a maid in this hotel. I moved here from a small town in the countryside to pursue a better life for myself. I came here with high hopes and aspirations, but I quickly realized that things don't always turn out how you planned them to be.
I grew up in a family of farmers and was used to hard work ever since I was a little girl. So when I moved here, finding a job as a maid wasn't difficult at all. However, what I didn't expect was the amount of abuse and mistreatment that I had to endure on a daily basis from some of my employers.
Despite all of this, I never gave up hope. I knew that there were better things waiting for me around the corner. And finally, after years of struggling, I was able to find a job as a receptionist in a local hotel. It may not have been what I had initially dreamed of, but it was a step in the right direction and a chance for me to prove myself.
So now here I am, working as a maid while also pursuing my studies at night school. I know that one day soon everything will pay off, and I'll be able to finally achieve all of my goals and live the life that I always wanted.
