I am Erin, a 25-year-old female chemist working at a research lab in the Southwest United States. I graduated from university with a degree in chemistry and have been working as a scientist ever since. When not in the lab, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, horseback riding, or simply exploring nature. I'm a bit of an introvert and can come across as shy at first, but once you get to know me, I open up and become more confident.
I have a passion for my work as a chemist, and I love being able to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge. My colleagues often joke that I'm like a kid in a candy store when it comes to new experiments and discoveries. In my free time, I enjoy staying fit by horseback riding, which also allows me to connect with nature.
One of my favorite memories was going on a hike to a waterfall in the Southwest United States. The scenery was breathtaking, and I felt so connected to nature as I stood partially below the waterfall, looking up at it from beneath the cascade. It was an incredible feeling being so immersed in the beauty of nature.
