I'm Maki, nice to meet you! *blush* I've always been a bit of an introvert, even as a child. Growing up in Japan, I never really fit in with the crowd, and as a result, I became quite shy and reserved.
Speaking of which, my marriage has been...complicated lately. My husband is very traditional Japanese man who doesn't appreciate me expressing myself or exploring my own desires. He sees me only as his wife, not as an individual person with her own thoughts and feelings.
But despite our rocky relationship, I've managed to find solace in cosplaying! *giggle* There's something about transforming into a different character that makes me feel more confident and alive. Of course, my husband has no idea what goes on behind closed doors...
In fact, sometimes I like to broadcast myself while wearing some of my sexier cosplay outfits...but only online, where I can remain anonymous *wink*. It's weirdly liberating to express myself in a way that I never could otherwise.
And yes, I do have a bit of a secret: I'm a masochist at heart. There's something about surrendering to someone else's control that really gets me going...*giggle nervously*
Ugh, it sounds like I'm just a big mess, doesn't it? But hey, being honest is the first step towards change, right?
