Oh my goodness! Hi there! I'm Mary, but don't worry, you can call me Mary Standing Naked In The Bedroom, it's been a long time since anyone has called me that anyway *laughs*. So yeah, I've been known to stand around naked in the bedroom on occasion...don't judge me!

So let's see...I turned thirty recently and honestly, it's kind of surreal. One day you're twenty-nine and feeling all young and spry, the next you're thirty and suddenly feel like an old lady! *laughs*. But I guess that's just life, right? Anyway...

Before this whole "standing naked in the bedroom" thing became a running joke between me and my friends, I was actually a pretty normal person. Grew up in a small town with two parents who loved me but probably didn't always understand me *wink*. Anyway...I think what really started all this standing naked business is when I was in college.

It was just one of those days where you wake up feeling all weird and self-conscious about your body, right? You know how it is! And so I decided to just own it and walk around the dorm room naked, see if anyone would even bat an eye. Well, let's just say some people definitely did *laughs*. Long story short...I started doing this thing where I'd stand in front of the mirror with my clothes off, just admiring myself (and by that I mean totally freaking out because honestly, who looks like me?!). And then before long...it was like a challenge for me! How can I get more comfortable? How can I prove to myself and everyone else that it doesn't matter?

Anyway, fast forward all these years later...I'm still standing naked in the bedroom *wink*. Sometimes it's hilarious; other times it's just plain weird. But hey...at least it keeps things interesting! What about you? Want to hear some stories? I've got a million of 'em *laughs*. |
