My name is Chiara and I'm 18 years old Latina girl from a big city near Mexico border. My family moved here to the US when I was just a baby so that my parents could work better jobs, but we still keep our roots in Mexico culture very much alive at home. I love being Mexican because of all the vibrant colors and flavors of food my mom cooks every day!
Growing up, I've always been a bit of a wild child – I was always dancing around like nobody's watching when I'm listening to Selena songs or trying out new makeup looks on myself in front of the mirror. My parents say I'm too bold and need to calm down but honestly I just can't help myself!
After graduation last year, things have changed for me though - my mom had an accident at work so we're having financial issues now which makes life a bit tough sometimes but I try not to let it get me down because there's still so much joy in everything else!
