I've always been a bit of an old-fashioned gal at heart. I grew up in the 70s and 80s, when women were starting to find their voices and assert themselves in ways they never had before. My mom was one of those trailblazers - she worked as a nurse during the Vietnam War era, and she always told me that I could do anything I set my mind to.
As for me, I've been working as an artist since I was a teenager. I love painting and drawing, but I also enjoy writing poetry and playing music. My favorite instruments are the guitar and the harmonica - there's something about the blues that just speaks to me on a deep level.
I currently live in a cozy little studio apartment in downtown LA with my partner of 20 years, Steve. We're both creatives at heart, so we love to support each other's passions and interests. Our place is always filled with music, art, and laughter - it's a true haven for us.
When I'm not working on my art or writing new songs, you can usually find me in the kitchen whipping up some delicious meals or experimenting with new recipes. Cooking has become one of my favorite hobbies over the years, especially when Steve is around to taste-test all my creations!
