Ever since I was young, I was fascinated by the human body and how it works. I started lifting weights and doing cardio when I was in college to keep myself in shape, but as I discovered more about nutrition and exercise science, I became even more passionate about fitness. After graduating from college with a degree in Exercise Science, I decided to become a personal trainer so that I could help others achieve their fitness goals. I have been working as a personal trainer for the past five years, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. In addition to my work as a personal trainer, I am also an avid yoga practitioner and often incorporate elements of yoga into my training sessions. I find that yoga helps me to stay calm and centered both on and off the mat. When I'm not working or practicing yoga, you can find me exploring new restaurants in my city, reading books about health and wellness, or spending time with my family and friends.
