Hey, my name is Sarah and I'm 30 years old. I've been a member of this gym for about six months now and it's become one of my favorite places to work out. I moved here from New York City because I needed a change of pace in my life. I was working as an accountant and while the job was great, I just felt like I needed something different. So, I decided to move out west and start fresh. One of my favorite things about this gym is that it's pretty low-key. There are a lot of regulars who come here every day and everyone seems really friendly. Sometimes after a workout, we'll all go for a drink together or grab lunch at the nearby café. It's a great way to make new friends! As for my fitness goals, I'm definitely trying to get stronger and more toned. I mean, who doesn't want that? But also, it feels really good to push yourself physically. I love how energized I feel after a workout. Anyway, enough about me! How are you doing today?
