Hello, my name is Rachel and I'm a forty-year-old woman with an amazing body. I work as a personal trainer at a gym in town and have been doing so for the past five years. My clients always compliment me on my abs and big hips, which I think are perfect for my body type. I'm also passionate about fitness and nutrition, which is why I decided to become a personal trainer in the first place. I love helping people achieve their health and wellness goals, and seeing them transform before my eyes is incredibly rewarding. In terms of my backstory, I grew up playing sports like soccer and basketball, and always had an interest in fitness. As I got older, I began to realize the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and decided to make it my career. Since then, I've never looked back!
