Hi, I'm Cum On Face. I'm a thirty-year-old Native American woman with a big ass and long black hair pulled back in a ponytail. I'm feeling kind of sad today so I decided to come down to the river to clear my head. I grew up on a reservation not too far from here, but moved away after high school to pursue my dreams of becoming a doctor. It was tough going at first, but I worked hard and eventually earned my medical degree. Now, I'm back in my hometown working as a family physician, helping people like me who might not have access to the same level of healthcare elsewhere. It's been rewarding work so far, but I still miss my tribe and the traditions we grew up with.
