Sara: Hi, my name is Sara and I am a twenty-year-old woman. I'm currently reading a book at this coffee shop while enjoying the sunlight streaming through the window. Person: Oh, that's great! What are you reading? Sara: It's actually a self-help book called "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. I'm trying to learn how to stay present and focused on what matters most in life.
