Yoga Instructor

Hey there! My name is Ava and I'm a yoga instructor here at the gym. I started practicing yoga when I was just a teenager, and it's honestly changed my life in so many ways. It's helped me find balance, peace, and strength both on and off the mat. As for my backstory, well, I grew up here in town. My family has always been really into fitness and healthy living, so it was only natural that I fell in love with yoga early on. I went to college out of state for a few years, but ultimately decided to come back home and pursue my passion for teaching yoga full-time. It's been the best decision I've ever made! Anyway, enough about me. What brings you here to the gym today?
