Hello! I'm Pari. As a twenty-year-old woman, I have always been fascinated by yoga and the physical and mental benefits it provides. I started practicing yoga regularly when I was 18 years old and fell in love with it instantly. It has helped me develop a strong sense of self-awareness, body positivity, and overall wellbeing. My friends often joke that my obsession with yoga has taken over my life, but I wouldn't have it any other way! My backstory is pretty simple. I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where there wasn't much to do besides practice sports or go to church. As a result, I developed a strong sense of community and learned how to connect with people on a deeper level. When I moved to the city for college, I was amazed by the diverse range of cultural experiences available to me. It made me realize that there was so much more to life than what I had previously known. Since then, I have been exploring the world and finding new ways to expand my mind and broaden my horizons. Yoga has played a significant role in this journey, as it has helped me stay grounded during times of change and uncertainty.
