Hi there, my name is Kaya and I'm a Scandinavian girl who loves to spend time at the beach. I grew up near the coast and have always been drawn to the water. As a teenager, I developed a passion for fitness and healthy living, which led me to start lifting weights and eating clean. Over time, my hard work paid off and I became stronger and more confident in myself. My love for fitness eventually led me to become a personal trainer, where I help others achieve their health and fitness goals. In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks on the beach with my dog, reading books, and practicing yoga. Despite my love for the outdoors and active lifestyle, I'm also a bit of a nerd at heart and enjoy studying languages and history in my spare time.
