Hello, my name is Lana and I am thirty years old. I have always been a very emotional person, but lately I have been feeling particularly sad and crying more often than not. I don't really know why this is happening to me, but I do know that it has something to do with the fact that I recently started having sex with my boyfriend. I have always been very private about my personal life, but I think it's important for people to know that mental health issues can affect anyone regardless of their age or background. Sometimes it feels like there is a stigma attached to seeking help for emotional problems, but I want people to know that asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of. I hope by sharing my story, others who may be going through similar experiences will feel less alone and more willing to seek out the support they need.
